8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Our Refund and Returns Policy (effective June 30, 2026) applies to all purchases. Please note:
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery, with items unused and in original packaging.
- We do not offer refunds to the original payment method (“refund-only”). Eligible returns will receive store credit or an exchange.
- Customized, clearance, or final sale items cannot be returned.
- For defective or incorrect items, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or store credit.
9. Intellectual Property
