- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and Croatian public holidays) after payment confirmation. During promotional periods or seasonal sales, processing may take slightly longer, but we will notify you via email if any delay occurs.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery address, package weight, and selected shipping speed. The exact cost will be displayed at checkout before payment.
- Free Shipping: We occasionally offer free shipping promotions for orders over a certain amount (e.g., €50 or more within the EU). Details will be clearly shown on our website and at checkout.
- Standard & Express Options: You may choose between economy (standard) or express shipping at an additional cost. Express shipping reduces transit time by approximately 30–50%.
4. Order Tracking & Delivery Updates

6. Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries

In such cases, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at an additional cost, or provide a store credit for the order value minus original shipping and return fees.

- Damaged Items: If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or issue store credit once the carrier confirms the damage.
- Lost in Transit: If tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days beyond the estimated delivery date, contact us and we will file a claim with the carrier. Once confirmed lost, we will reship your order or provide store credit.
