This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions that apply to returns, exchanges, and refunds for products purchased from our website. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms stated herein.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within ‌14 days‌ from the date of delivery.
  • The item must be ‌unused, in its original packaging‌, with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
  • The product must be in the same condition as when shipped, with no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  • Proof of purchase (order number/invoice) is required.
    Note: Personalized, customized, or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Process for Returns & Exchanges
To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us‌ via email at dewdrop@adriatictraveldesign.com or call +(385)98 420032 within the eligible period. Provide your order number and reason for the return/exchange.
  2. Wait for authorization‌. Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Ship the item‌ to our address: Stancija Pataj 46B, 52000 Bertoši, Croatia. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Inspection‌. Upon receipt, we will inspect the item within 5–7 business days. If the return meets our conditions, we will process an exchange or issue a store credit (see below).

3. Refund Policy – Important: “Refund-Only” Not Permitted
We do ‌not‌ offer refunds to the original payment method (“refund-only” option). Our policy is designed to ensure sustainable operations and customer commitment to our curated travel products. Instead, we provide the following resolutions for eligible returns:

  • Exchange‌: Request a replacement of the same item (if available) or a different product of equal or lesser value. If the new item costs less, the balance will be issued as store credit; if it costs more, you will pay the difference.
  • Store Credit‌: A credit equal to the purchase price (excluding original shipping fees) will be issued to your account for future use on www.adriatictraveldesign.com. The credit is valid for 12 months from issuance.
    No exceptions will be made for “refund-only” requests, regardless of the reason for return.

4. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns will be rejected and no credit/exchange issued if:

  • The item shows signs of use, damage, or missing components.
  • The return is initiated after 14 days from delivery.
  • The product was purchased as part of a final sale or promotion marked “non-returnable.”
  • The RMA process was not followed (e.g., unauthorized returns sent without prior contact).

5. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within ‌7 days‌ of delivery. We will cover return shipping costs and provide a prepaid label. You may choose:

  • A replacement of the same item (subject to stock).
  • Store credit for the full amount paid (including original shipping).
    In such cases, we aim to resolve the issue promptly upon verification.

6. Shipping & Handling Fees
Original shipping and handling fees are ‌non-refundable‌ and will not be included in store credit calculations. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
